Die Zimmer sind funktional und ordentlich. Das Zimmer war angenehm ruhig, keine Nachbargeräusche oder laute Straßengeräusche. Die Umgebung ist etwas ab vom Schuss, wenn man Abends noch kurz etwas essen möchte, ist die Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt.

Schöne sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber und haben alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es ist - typisch kontinentales Frühstück- für jeden etwas dabei. Wir werden vermutlich zur Messe nächstes Jahr wieder hier sein. Abzug gibt es für mich lediglich bei der Hotelbar… hier ist das Rauchen gestattet und durch die Drehtür zieht ständig kalte Luft rein. Kalt und Rauchgeruch machen das ganze dann sehr ungemütlich.

Hotel tranquillo a nord di Francoforte, a 8km dalla Fiera, con un bel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura moderna, ambienti puliti e ordinati, staff molto cortese e disponibile, piacevole da vedere e da soggiornare. Camera spaziosa, confortevole, silenziosa, luminosa con tante luci da poter scegliere e ben riscaldata; il bagno con vasca è ampio e luminoso, luce perfetta per truccarsi, un pò meno perfetto il phon in dotazione da 1000W; dotato di kit bagno. Hanno organizzato anche la navetta dedicata dall'albergo verso la Fiera e ritorno per tutti gli ospiti. La colazione, compresa nella mia prenotazione, era super-fornita, c'era di tutto e di più sia salato che dolce, e tantissime bevande a scelta tra tè, caffè, latte, succhi di frutta, in una sala molto bella e moderna. Non ho provato la SPA all'ultimo piano perchè ero esausta dalla giornata in fiera. Ottima connessione wifi gratuita. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole scegliere una soluzione alternativa di qualità, in periferia, ad un prezzo abbordabile.

Ich war dort auf einem Seminar. Das Personal erfüllt alle Wünsche nach Möglichkeit. Vom Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Abendbuffet ist für jeden etwas dabei, die Auswahl an Speisen ist enorm egal ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen. Kaffee kann man sich Dank der Kaffeemaschinen direkt frisch brühen. Da ich schon zum zweiten Mal da war kann ich mit Gewissheit sagen es hat sich nicht verändert. Qualität und Service nach wie vor erste Klasse. Danke an das Team die sich um jeden Gast kümmern als wäre er ein Promi. Jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer, obwohl etwas veraltet, war dennoch sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war überraschend solide – eine angenehme Erfahrung, die meinen Tag gut starten ließ. Trotz einiger Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Zimmerausstattung, bietet das Hotel eine akzeptable Unterkunft mit einem anständigen Frühstücksangebot.

Das Hotel liegt an der Autobahn, etwas außerhalb von FFM. Die Zimmer sind okay aber dem alter entsprechend. Das Badezimmer riecht morgens sehr nach Gülle und hat kein Fenster. Ab 7 Uhr morgens hört man eine sehr Laute Baustelle nebenan. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Bar, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, es lohnt sich, selbst ins Regal zu schauen, da dort einige Spirituosen stehen, die nicht auf der Karte stehen. Gute Auswahl an Whiskeys. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Barkeeperin, die einen grandiosen Old Fashioned zaubern kann, der im übrigen auch nicht auf der Karte gelistet ist, was auch nicht jede Barkeeperin von sich behaupten kann, Extrawünsche so gut erfüllt zu bekommen. Hotel from the late 1990's and in essentially original condition. No free parking spaces available, underground car park for totally overpriced €15.00/day. Rooms are clean, large and bright, but showing their age. No air conditioning, the TV is smaller than my computer monitor. The carpeting is absolutely outdated. service, well. Staff generally friendly. A visit to the "Happy Hour Bar" (official daily opening hours from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.) was no longer possible on Saturday at 11:15 p.m., bartender said: It's already closed, we should go to the (emptied) refrigerators serve the reception. Strange that at the same time orders from guests who were still sitting in the bar were also accepted. Standard breakfast buffet basically okay, only pot of coffee, scrambled eggs consistency like a cold brick. Complaints at the front desk are smiled at with a 'we're very sorry'.

Extremely disappointed with the bar. The bar keeper said that they were already closed - BEFORE 11:30 PM ON A SATURDAY - when it’s clearly indicated on their Info Guide that the bar is open DAILY til 1 AM. Also, the Minibar was EMPTY. Unblelievable.

Standard hotel with pros and cons. Yes, the rooms without air conditioning are unbearable and not appropriate for such a house. The few rooms with air conditioning (extra charge) also only have an alibi "air conditioning system" that is often found in hotels, I have a multi-split air conditioning system at home myself, so my expectations are not exaggerated, but the thing in this hotel can't do anything, there the air conditioners in the hotels in Cuba were much better in the 80s. Location quiet but secluded, otherwise just a normal hotel without major deviations. The only thing that worries me is the bar, poor opening hours on paper until 1:00 a.m., in reality you get kicked out between 11 p.m. and midnight. This is unacceptable. If you want to hang out in the bar after work, you should probably book a Best Western, because the bars are usually open 24/7. Otherwise nothing outstanding, neither good nor bad, just a hotel within the usual framework. Can be booked, but you can also book any other, no reason to refuse or prefer this one.

Rooms without air conditioning and unfortunately only with curtains... A small oven in summer. Thick carpeting, which also retains the heat. Breakfast buffet was ok. What bothered me was that you were still chewing and the plate was taken away... Coffee wasn't the best. WiFi was stable and usable everywhere in the hotel, so I could work in the bar and eat well. The bar menu was great. Delicious dishes and drinks, the price/performance ratio was right. Unfortunately there is very little free parking. There was parking in the underground car park for 15 euros per day.

Super nice and well-kept hotel room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was really nice. A cot was provided for us free of charge. There was a pad for diaper changing and a mobile hung on the bed. Very nice! There was also a high chair at breakfast and the staff was super child-friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms are very nice for the price, unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a small fridge. The breakfast is ok, I thought it was a shame that the cold cuts and cheese were presented in the fridge rather carelessly, there are nicer alternatives. I missed the condensed milk with the coffee, unfortunately there was only UHT milk and a coffee machine would be a good investment. Nevertheless, I can say that we would like to visit this hotel again. I can highly recommend the bar for a nightcap in the evening, the bartender was very friendly and funny, the cocktails were very good. The parking lot is too expensive at 15 euros, but there is plenty of free parking in the street.

Nice and quiet hotel with good connections to the Nordcenter, because there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately there is a deduction for the fact that there are cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the lattice behind which the cables for the television and the minibar are full of dust bunnies. Someone struggling with a house dust allergy will not be very enthusiastic. Otherwise very comfortable beds and good pillows that don't cause neck pain because they are poorly padded. The window can be opened completely, so that you can ventilate well. The location is also nice and quiet, so that the window can remain open overnight. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Various rolls, muesli, fresh fruit and also for vegans there is a delicious spread in different varieties. You even get a pot of coffee on the table, so you don't have to get up every time. Lemon water, different types of tea and juices are also available. On request we were allowed to take a cup of coffee and fruit to our room. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is enough space in the parking garage, even for people who find it difficult to park in such a narrow parking garage ;]

My mother-in-law was a guest at the Relaxa Hotel from Friday to Sunday, since the hotel is in the immediate vicinity of our apartment, it was ideal. Room was nice and quiet on the third floor. Comfortably furnished and practical. The bathroom had a tub with a shower instead of a shower, but unfortunately that's mostly the case in older hotels. We went to the hotel for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and were very satisfied, for 16 euros (if you are not a guest) everything you need. Buns could be better and more choice but that's a luxury problem. All employees were very nice and helpful. We would book again at any time. Price performance ratio is very good.

But everything was clean and tidy. - Breakfast buffet: dirty dishes, no more rolls, sometimes everything was empty... No dishes came. Very unhygienic at the buffet. There was food all over the floor, on the edges. That's really disgusting and unappetizing 😱‼️ - Shower gel/shampoo was not refilled in the dispenser, was a bit stupid when you were wet in the shower! Price-performance ratio: too expensive for a non-air-conditioned room... Then a cheeky €4 visitor's tax... For what??????? To make even more money?! Haven't had to pay visitor's tax in any German hotel. We've been to a few cities!

Very pleasant hotel with excellent service. Since I am physically dependent on accessibility due to my illness, I and my wife were given the suite, which is barrier-free, for the price of a double room. Hotel located 20 minutes from the center. Very chic entrance hall and nice service. Underground parking is available, rooms big enough. The bar also had delicious drinks, but it's a smokers' bar and the prices are decent (10 and more per cocktail). But the highlight was the breakfast. I stayed at the hotel for two nights. I usually pay for the room at check-in or the evening before departure. So I can just drive after breakfast. In this hotel you can only pay on the day of departure. So far I haven't experienced that. The room was large, the tv was small and the safe was tiny. It was impossible to leave a laptop there.

The sauna itself is great and spacious, but the unheated relaxation room forced me to go back into the room right after the first sauna session. In addition, cushions and blankets (as shown in pictures on the website) were not available. Very extensive breakfast buffet from fruit, yoghurt, fruit, different cheeses and sausages to warm egg dishes, pancakes, roasted vegetables. Cappuccino can also be served on request. 5 stars for breakfast!

The room facilities are not modern at all. Dark hairs on the bathroom floor. There is a plus for the presence of a bathtub. However, the fittings were worn and not clean. The hotel's fitness area consists of a few, outdated machines in a tube-shaped, very small room. The disinfectant with which the devices should be cleaned before and after use was not available. In the wellness area there was a part with barrier tape. The breakfast buffet was quite simple with a moderate selection. I missed a coffee machine. There was only filter coffee in thermos flasks. Good thing was the room service was offered. Unfortunately, the staff responsible for this is a bit inattentive. The dinner ordered to the room was unfortunately not good either and was returned hardly touched. The bar was very good, which was open until 1:00 a.m. and offered a large selection of cocktails and other drinks. For the parking lot you pay an additional 15€ per day. Our van didn't fit in the parking garage. So only the employee parking lot remained, designed for cars. You really had to maneuver often to be able to use the parking space. Absolutely unsuitable for larger vans. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is not quite right in this hotel

The double beds are a bit narrow and the closet and TV could be bigger. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast takes place in a noisy dining room. The quantity of food is good, but the quality could have been better, e.g. the rolls definitely didn't come from a local craft business. The employees like to talk loudly about who is currently on the toilet or pass the cleaning bucket over the food.

Check-in nice and friendly, room good, only bed was very narrow. Cleanliness great. Good accessibility Arrival via motorway or city. Bus in front of the door, underground station within walking distance in 7 minutes, in 15 minutes in the center. Restaurant catching up, feeling like in a canteen or furniture store restaurant. Buns looked like the buns in the supermarket or discount store. Identical in taste. Nice rolls from a regional bakery would have been nice too

We were there for a short vacation. The room and the bathroom always clean. Rich breakfast, great selection. All employees from reception, restaurant, bar or the cleaning ladies very courteous and friendly. The hotel is really quiet. If we travel to Frankfurt again, we would definitely check in there again.

Had a seminar in the Relaxa, the food was very good and well-kept, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the rooms since it was a day seminar, but the location is very good, you have your peace and quiet, but it's also right in the center.

Located on the outskirts of the city, it is correspondingly quiet here. The rooms are a bit old, but well equipped. Of course it would be nice if the scales in the bathroom had also worked. The staff is consistently friendly and dedicated.

Actually a nice hotel at a fair price, but unfortunately with blemishes. In principle, the hotel would be very nice with a sophisticated concept. Our family room was very large at a fair price. The children had a spacious sofa bed. In the bathroom there were many bathroom utensils including a razor and a toothbrush with toothpaste. Unfortunately a bit dark. A mirror with more powerful LEDs would be desirable. The room has a kettle and a Senseo coffee maker. Unfortunately the coffee pods were missing. Of the water offered, only the banderole was available. Something like that doesn't work at all. The minibar was also empty, but there is a fridge with various drinks at the reception. Fitness and wellness area is on the upper floor, but we didn't use it. The underground car park costs 15.00 per day and is easily accessible and not too narrow. You can drive in and out several times. The breakfast is served as a buffet and has a variety of hot and cold dishes. It has almost everything that you are used to in a 4 star hotel, but no fish and the cold cuts and cheese was rather simple. Special coffees are only available from the staff. Normal coffee is available in thermos flasks. Unfortunately, the service didn't keep up with clearing the used tables. There were real space issues at times, but the staff didn't let themselves be stressed. There is still room for improvement. After all, there will be one or two additional people to clear up later, etc. As a conclusion: with a little more care, 4 or 5 stars are easily possible, but as a 4*S hotel you have to be measured by your own standards.

Upon request, we are confirmed that a charging station for electric vehicles is available. It turned out that it was a 230V socket with 1.2 kW (at least 11kW would be acceptable). So we first had to charge somewhere else and lost 2 hours of time. Relexa has NO (!) charging option for e-cars, even if the staff has to claim this.

Mediocre Very friendly staff and a beautiful and bright entrance area. Studio is very spacious, but the equipment urgently needs to be reworked. Hardly any water came out of the shower head due to calcification and there was no air conditioning either.

The standard room is very nice and cosy. Breakfast was included and delicious. The staff was very friendly both on the phone and on site at the reception and we were not shy about questions or the feeling that there were too many questions. The hotel is highly recommended.

Very nice hotel 4****, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff TOP. Rooms are spacious, refrigerator, hair dryer and safe available. TV with many channels. Breakfast buffet very good, much more than I would have expected. Parking directly under the hotel for a small fee. Sauna area also very good. Lockable lockers (2 euro coins as a deposit). Towels also available there. Great look while taking a sauna. Price performance unbeatable TOP. MY RECOMMENDATION for sure.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Overall the stay was okay, but the best part was the bar. There were glasses and a minibar in the room, but not even a bottle of water. Unfortunately, the staff was very inflexible. On the first morning the coffee maker in the breakfast room was broken. They even made coffee, but it was way too thin for our taste. When asked if they could make a latte, they answered no. We then asked if it would be possible to make a pot with a little more ground coffee, they said yes, but after waiting for over 45 minutes it never arrived. The glasses for juice etc. were all dirty. But we also got clean ones upon request :) Since we chose this hotel especially because of the "spa area", we were there too. Unfortunately only open from 4:30 p.m., so we were only able to set it up on one day, then yawning emptiness and a closed sauna on site. Since there were no indications of a possible closure or similar, we asked at the reception. The sauna was of course "only on this day" out of order. For the staff it may be "one day", but the paying guest, who is only there 3 days, notices something like this and has paid for a service that he doesn't get. And for a 4-star hotel, as I said, very inflexible. Should hotel staff be able to conjure up a latte without a coffee machine or, if necessary, use a different coffee machine? After all, there are restaurants and the bar in the building, where there were some. I have to praise the bar very much! Always friendly, no matter how crowded it is :) Very, very tasty cocktails and you won't be "chased away" right away when you want to call it a day, but you can drink your drinks empty in peace.

Actually, this hotel isn't that bad at all, after all we've stayed there quite a few times. Problem: Despite the official cessation of all corona measures, guests in this hotel are forced to wear a mask in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned when booking on the website, otherwise we, who no longer believe in Santa Claus, would have booked another hotel. The guest is even threatened with immediate eviction by compliant employees, citing the domiciliary rights. Remember: there is always a time after. #YouDidParticipate

Rooms are okay and functional. The food in the restaurant is good. But the area around it is like a bistro. The bar in the hotel has no atmosphere.
